The bench is pretty small compared to my king size bed, so I filled in the empty space with this tree in a basket. My bedroom was one room that kept changing in my house. This hanging curio cabinet above my bed is from DecorSteals and I just love it...although I have to not think about it falling on me in my sleep . I placed more antique candlesticks in it along with some cream bristle brush trees I found at Home Goods this year. To soften up my headboard, and add another cozy element I put a brown faux sheep skin rug.
I like sticking with blacks & whites and then using metallic items for accents. Sometimes we throw in a dark green item to give the room a little life. I found these old porch railing pieces from an antique store and never really knew where to use them.
